MenoBoost began with my own experience of entering midlife and feeling completely unprepared for how deeply perimenopause would affect my body, focus, energy, sleep and confidence. Even with people around me, I felt unexpectedly alone.
What struck me most was this: there are plenty of apps to track symptoms or count calories, but almost nowhere women can truly connect with each other during menopause… nowhere that felt warm, encouraging, human and hopeful.
I created MenoBoost because I know how powerful it is to feel seen and supported in midlife. This is the space I needed – and now I want every woman to have it.
MenoBoost is not a replacement for medical care. It’s a complementary companion focused on lifestyle, community and emotional wellbeing. We encourage every woman to seek appropriate medical advice alongside the support of peers.
